“Room was clean. Bed was comfortable but very high. I booked a Deluxe king. The room was so small. Had a dormer as well which made it even smaller. NOT the room i boked. I would not stay in that room again...Also, they refurbished room. But the bathroom toilet was never replaced. It was like sitting on the floor, so low. Why not the toilet, too?”

“Staff was all helpful and kind for the most part. Their spa I would not recommend at all. Had a horrible first time experience at a couples massage. Was asked at the beginning of massage if there were problem areas to focus on. I told my therapist my forearms. When I brought up at the end of my massage that my forearms were in pain (because they had not been touched and I didn’t want to be rude) her response was “well I guess you need to get more massages”. The woman my girlfriend had was nice...

“Property is now a patchwork of repairs and bandaids". Okay for price but we had to move 3 times to different room. 1st because door wouldn't close because of moldings falling off. Second because your 50inch" tv could not get sound and 3rd because door lock mechanism internals broke. Rooms were clean though.”

“Great location and friendly staff. We went with a suite that had a complete kitchen. Easy location to get to loon and shuttle to mountain was great. Bar on site with good food. Would stay again ”

“Warm outdoor heated pool and one hot tub/fire pit area in February while snow still on the ground - was the highlight of our trip here:) wish we had more time (closes at 10) we also had the best breakfast we’ve ever had together! Thank you we will be back. ”

“Clean room and very nice staff. Excellent location. There is a $25 resort fee charged on arrival but I did not see any amenities, such as pool, gym, etc that would justify the fee. ”
